Division Heads
Jacqui Jacqui McWilliams is the founder of Highland Rental Finance. She has extensive experience in business management, IT networking solutions and rental finance transactions. She boasts 16 years experience in IT and management and added rental finance to the mix of things 6 years ago to offer clients complete business solutions.

Jacqui is extremely passionate and is a bit of a work-a-holic. She prides herself on perfection with a twist. Jacqui keeps fit with a variety of different training sessions and especially enjoys using kettlebells as part of her training regime. She has a fond love of animals and actively supports animal charities. She enjoys a glass or two of Sauvignon Blanc to complete her day.
Carmen Carmen Havenga manages the credit division at Highland Rental Finance. She has been involved in the finance industry since 1994, initially starting out in administration and then moving into the consulting environment at the beginning of 1997. She has invaluable experience in all aspects of rental transactions and offers great value in motivating our applications to our funders.

Married, with three children, she enjoys outdoor getaways with her family. Good white wine is the perfect accompaniment to relax within any idyllic outdoor setting. Carmen is always friendly and willing to lend a hand even though her hands are always full.
Nic Nic Muhl is the marketing manager at Highland Rental Finance and runs the division Highland Strategic Marketing. Nic has diverse experience in many marketing facets, namely branding, print media, sales, strategy development, marketing research and advertising. Nic has recently explored the wonders of social media marketing and press release writing.

He lives a healthy lifestyle through taking part in triathlons at a professional level. He is also a qualified lifesaver. He aims to qualify as a springbok in both categories in the near future. When Nic is not training or racing, he can often be found at the beach.
Nicole Nicole Lenz is the office administrator at Highland. Being young and fresh, she is eager to get involved to gain experience in all aspects of the industry. Her goals are to grow within the business and develop both her professional and personal skills.

Outside of work, Nicole loves to go out and socialize. She loves music and likes to keep active with yoga, Pilates and spin classes.
Christina Christina Machokoto joined Highland shortly after our move into The Forum in Century City in 2008. She offers support to Nicole and the rest of the team.

She is a breath of fresh air and always brings us positive energy. She is married and has a little girl.
